Early check-out is possible from midnight onwards.
Early check in from 12noon, for £20 charge which you need to pre book
Late check out till 12noon,for £10 charge which you need to pre book
Guests arriving outside standard hours will be contacted in advance.
Card details will be collected over the phone prior to arrival.
Non-Refundable:
All bookings are final. No changes or cancellations are permitted once confirmed.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
If you’re booking on behalf of a company, your staff will still be required to present card details on arrival.
If they do not have access to a company card, this must be arranged in advance by phone.
If valid card details are not provided before check-in, we reserve the right to refuse entry and no refund will be issued.
Guests must be 18 or older to check in.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
We welcome pets at a fee of £20 per stay, per pet.
Sorry no hen, stag, or similar group parties allowed.
The Yew Tree is a peaceful place to unwind and relax.
A £100 deposit is required on arrival (credit card only).
This will be refunded in full at check-out subject to a quick inspection of the room.
