Our beautiful countryside setting provides the perfect backdrop for your event, with a range of spaces to suit all group sizes and occasions. We also offer seven cozy rooms for guests, perfect for overnight stays, ensuring that everyone is comfortable and taken care of. Gold Package

Full Venue Hire (including all rooms)

The ultimate choice for an unforgettable event, the Gold Package offers exclusive hire of the entire The Yew Tree venue, including all seven rooms, perfect for large celebrations. Whether it’s a wedding, milestone birthday, or private event, this package ensures that your guests have the full experience. With a maximum capacity of 100 guests, you’ll have plenty of space for a grand occasion.

Enjoy a bar license until 1am, ensuring the party keeps going, and indulge in buffet catering tailored to your preferences, ranging from £15 to £25 per person. We can also provide a DJ for the ultimate atmosphere, starting at £300. For overnight stays, our seven rooms are available from £545, depending on the season (all rooms must be booked).

Additionally, we’ll help arrange any special touches you need, from balloon and cake suppliers to drinks on arrival and bar tabs for your guests. Your event at The Yew Tree will be a day (or night) to remember.

This package includes a bar license until 11pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your celebration. Buffet-style catering is available and can be tailored to your event, with prices ranging from £15 to £25 per person. Need entertainment? We can provide a DJ starting from £300, and we’re happy to assist with extras like balloon décor, cakes, or other supplier arrangements.

Drinks on arrival and bar tabs can also be arranged to suit your needs. With venue hire starting from £500, the Silver Package is a fantastic option for birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, or any occasion worth celebrating in style.

You’ll enjoy a bar license until 11pm, along with flexible buffet catering options priced between £15 and £25 per person. If you’re looking to add music to the evening, we can provide a DJ starting from £300. We also work with trusted local suppliers for balloons, cakes, and other event extras.

Arrival drinks and bar tabs can be arranged to add that personal touch. With venue hire starting from £250, the Bronze Package offers great value for a relaxed yet memorable celebration.

Outdoor Terrace Package

Perfect for spring and summer celebrations, the Outdoor Terrace Package offers a laid-back yet stylish space for up to 60 guests. With access to our charming terrace, the indoor lounge area, and the bar, it’s an ideal setting for birthdays, BBQs, baby showers, or casual private gatherings.

Enjoy a bar license until 11pm, with the option to add a DJ from £300 to keep the atmosphere lively. Catering is focused on fresh, outdoor-style dining, with BBQs starting from £10 per person and hog roast options available (prices vary depending on meat selection).

If the weather turns, we’ll do our best to move part of the event indoors, depending on availability, though BBQs and hog roasts will still be served outside. Drinks on arrival and bar tabs can also be arranged to suit your plans. The Outdoor Terrace Package starts from £250, making it a fantastic option for relaxed, alfresco events.

  • Terrace includes access to the indoor lounge area and bar
  • Max 60 guests for the outdoor terrace package

  • DJ available from £300 (outdoor setup)
  • BBQ catering from £10 per person or Hog Roast (price varies depending on meat)
  • In case of bad weather, indoor space may be used if available, but BBQ/Hog Roast will still be outside

Meeting Room Hire

Whether you’re hosting a small business meeting, training session, or team away day, The Yew Tree offers a comfortable and fully equipped meeting space in a peaceful countryside setting. Our rooms are suitable for groups ranging from 5 to 30 guests, with flexible layouts to suit your needs.

Each hire includes tea, coffee, and biscuits, along with access to presentation essentials such as a TV for laptop projection, flipchart, and stationery. Buffet-style catering can also be arranged, tailored to the time of day and your group’s preferences.

If your guests are travelling, our seven onsite bedrooms can be booked to make things even easier.
Meeting room hire starts from £75, depending on group size, room, and duration.
